Home Bar Inventory & Cocktail Batch Calculator
Know what's in your home bar and what to buy before the next party. The Inventory tab tracks each bottle's category, size, quantity on hand and your par level, flags anything below par, and works out how many bottles to buy and the restock cost.
The Batch Calculator scales any cocktail spec to as many servings as you need, in ounces, milliliters and cups, and adds water for dilution. It comes pre-filled with a sample bar and a Manhattan-style batch.
Enter the number of guests, how long the party runs, drinks per guest in the first hour and each later hour, and your mix of wine, beer and cocktails. The planner works out total drinks with a safety buffer, then turns them into bottles of wine (750 ml, 5 glasses each), beers, and 750 ml bottles of spirits (about 17 pours of 1.5 oz).
It also estimates ice and mixer, warns you if your drink shares don't add up to 100%, and keeps every assumption in an editable yellow cell. Please drink responsibly.
