Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll review the issue and where applicable, offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank before contacting us.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
